My name is Diana Mansfield and I am an integrative psychotherapist, yoga therapist, artist and teacher. I am happy to welcome you and introduce myself, my services and my practices as they are presented throughout my site.

I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years and am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher. My passion and focus are to practice the integration of mind, body and spirit with compassion, inner curiosity, self-awareness and fun. I integrate various yoga traditions in my approach to both practicing and teaching yoga classes, meditation and individual yoga therapy, with a special interest in in spiritual, mental and emotional growth.

As an integrative psychotherapist I am committed to and passionate about the work of helping people with mental health, life transition issues and personal & spiritual growth issues. My style of counseling and psychotherapy is eclectic in which I blend psychodynamic, cognitive & behavioral, and spiritual methodologies. I have a life long practice of yoga, which frames my works adding a unique appreciation and utilization of mindfulness and compassion as I work with my clients as they heal and grow.

As we meet life’s challenges we discover that in healing there is growth and in growth there is healing, they are not exclusive.
